Terms and Conditions:
- Subject to these Terms and Conditions, if a qualifying GROHE Dreamspray product purchased does not meet the Customer’s showering pleasure the retail purchase price including GST will be refunded. The refund will be made
within 30 days upon the product and its pack being returned to Paterson Trading Co. Ltd (PTCL) within 30 days of purchase.
- Making a refund claim:
- The Customer must within 30 days of purchase return the product together with its complete packaging, standard accessories and instruction leaflet (“product pack”) to PTCL’s office or its PO Box at the addresses stated below with
the original purchase receipt and the Customer’s name, day contact number and street address.
- All items in the product pack must be returned in “as new” and undamaged condition.
- A refund claim will be rejected if any item in the product pack has been in any way damaged, altered or repaired following purchase (unless altered or repaired by an authorised GROHE technician).
- Value of the refund:
- The amount of the refund will be the purchase price paid by the Customer for a qualifying GROHE Dreamspray product, but excludes any delivery charges and any costs in connection with any installation/removal of the product/accessories.
- PTCL reserves the right to reject any refund claim which falls outside these Terms and Conditions or if PTCL has any cause to believe a refund is claimed otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- PTCL will be responsible for the cost of sending the refund to the Customer but the Customer will be responsible for all other costs associated with the refund process, including any product return cost associated with a rejected refund claim.
- PTCL is unable to accept responsibility for any product pack lost, delayed or damaged in transit to PTCL for a refund claim. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
- This refund offer does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights in relation to a qualifying GROHE shower product.
- This promotion is an end—user promotion only and is not open to PTCL employees or their immediate families, or to any GROHE authorised reseller or distribution channel partner organisation or anyone connected professionally with the promotion or their employees or immediate families.
- Excluded products: The following products are excluded from this promotion:
- GROHE products which are subject to a product recall;
- GROHE Dreamspray products purchased which have been damaged, altered or repaired following purchase (unless altered or repaired by an authorised GROHE technician);
- any other GROHE products not included in the promotion;
- any GROHE accessories not standard with the qualifying GROHE Dreamspray product.

With every GROHE Dreamspray product purchased for domestic use, you’ll also enjoy our 10 – 15 year GROHE Limited Domestic Warranty* for complete peace of mind.
Terms and Conditions:
All GROHE products used for domestic purposes & purchased after 1 March 2009 have, subject to the conditions below, the following warranties. These warranties are additional to the warranties implied by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
First 10 Years – Under Guarantee: All products & parts including hoses, chrome surfaces & replacement parts, against any manufacturing defect or design fault – GROHE will rectify any defect or fault by (at its discretion) repairing or replacing the product or part at its cost, including meeting labour costs & any associated packing or freight charges.
10 Years - 15 Years: Under Guarantee:
- All surfaces, cartridges, headparts & thermo elements against any manufacturing defect or design fault
- GROHE will rectify any defect or fault by providing a replacement product or part as appropriate but labour costs & any other costs including packing or freight charges will be the customer’s responsibility. Note: Special & electronic faucets have only a 5 year warranty (battery excluded from warranty).
Domestic Warranty Conditions:
- Applies to purchases in NZ from 01/03/09
- Applies only to use in NZ for normal residential domestic purposes (see GROHE Commercial Warranty for other uses)
- Proof of purchase is required eg original invoice
- Warranty periods apply from date of purchase, with a 15 year maximum warranty period regardless of any interim rectification
- Not transferable (warranty is personal to first end user)
- Products & parts must be installed & used according to GROHE’s Technical Product Information (TPI) & within pressure guidelines
- A line strainer must be installed to the water supply – The water supply pipes must be flushed prior to connection of the tailpipes
- A pressure limiting valve must be installed to the water supply & set as outlined in the TPI
- Acidic, citrus or alkaline cleaners must be thoroughly rinsed off tapware immediately
- Cleaners with scouring additives must not be used
- Unapproved product modifications will void warranty
- Warranty does not apply to the effects of hard water
- Warranty does not apply to products & parts deliberately or accidentally damaged or otherwise misused
- To make a warranty claim, complete an After Sales Service form at point of purchase
- GROHE reserves the right to determine any issue or uncertainty in connection with the warranty.
GROHE 5 - 10 Year Commercial Warranty
Terms and Conditions:
All GROHE products used for commercial purposes & purchased after 1 March 2009 have, subject to the conditions below, the following warranties. (These warranties are additional to any warranties implied by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.).
5 Years Commercial* – Under Guarantee: All products & parts including hoses, chrome surfaces & replacement parts, against any manufacturing defect or design fault – GROHE will rectify any defect or fault by (at its discretion) repairing or replacing the product or part at its cost, including meeting labour costs & any associated packing or freight charges.
5 – 10 Years Light Commercial** – Under Guarantee:
All products & parts including hoses, chrome surfaces & replacement parts, against any manufacturing defect or design fault – GROHE will rectify any defect or fault by providing a replacement product or part as appropriate but labour costs & any other costs including packing or freight charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
*Commercial is all use other than for normal residential domestic purposes. Commercial includes use in non-business settings such as in public buildings, schools, & sports centres. **Light Commercial is Commercial use where the frequency of use is similar to residential domestic use e.g. private bathrooms in motels, hotels, retirement villages, hospitals. Note: Special & electronic faucets have a 5 year warranty including when used for Light Commercial (battery excluded from warranty).
Commercial Warranty Conditions:
- Applies to purchases in NZ from 01/03/09
- Applies to use in NZ only
- Proof of purchase is required eg original invoice
- Warranty periods apply from date of purchase, with a 10 year maximum warranty period regardless of any interim rectification

- Evidence required of a regular servicing programme (at least once a year)
- Products & parts must be installed & used according to GROHE’s Technical Product Information (TPI)) & within pressure guidelines
